Farmer, House, Osuna & Olvera Obtains No Negligence Verdict in Rear-End Auto Accident Case

Congratulations to Perry Dominguez, with work-up and trial assistance from Clint Buck, on obtaining a no negligence verdict in favor of the defendant at the conclusion of the jury trial on February 10, 2014. The plaintiff had sued the defendant for alleged injuries arising from a rear-end collision at a yield sign, and requested $550,267.98 in past and future medical expenses (including a disputed surgical recommendation costing $130,000), physical pain, mental anguish, and physical impairment. The jury returned a verdict that neither party was negligent in causing the accident or the plaintiff’s claimed injuries.
