Farmer, House, Osuna & Olvera Obtains No Negligence Verdict in Boating Accident

Congratulations to Edward Osuna on obtaining "no negligence" verdict in favor of Defendant at the conclusion of the jury trial on August 23, 2013 in Cause No. 2012-CI-12572; in the 285th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. In the case, Plaintiff sued Defendant for damages, including personal injuries resulting from a boating accident.
