Tyler M. Kitrel

Tyler was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a former junior college baseball player. He received his Associate of Arts degree from College of Southern Nevada. He then attended University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminal Justice. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree he owned and operated a pool service business.

Tyler then attended St. Mary’s School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. While attending St. Mary’s School of Law he was an Octo-finalist in his first-year moot court competition. He was a member of the Sports Entertainment & Media Law society, and the Personal Injury Law Society.

During Tyler’s second year of law school, he had the privilege of attending St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria, where he studied international law.  During Tyler’s third year of law school, he became a member of the St. Mary’s School of Law National Team, joining the National Dispute Resolution Team. While on the National Dispute Resolution team he was trained in negotiations, arbitration, and mediation. The National Team sent Tyler with a team to compete in the International Baseball Arbitration Competition.

Tyler began clerking for Farmer, House, Osuna & Olvera while attending law school and clerked with us until becoming licensed as an attorney.

Tyler enjoys traveling the world, spending time with his family, playing baseball, playing pickleball, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with his dog—Marshal a playful lab-mix. Tyler will be working with the Firm’s general negligence and construction defect clients handling multiple areas of litigation.
